By accessing or using RoofFax (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoofFax provides satellite-based roof analysis, storm history reports, cost range estimates, and contractor verification services for residential properties in Florida. Reports are generated using publicly available satellite imagery, NOAA weather data, and AI analysis.

3. Important Disclaimers

• Not a professional inspection: RoofFax reports are preliminary assessments based on satellite data and public records. They are not a substitute for an in-person inspection by a licensed roofing contractor.
• Estimates only: All cost ranges, roof age estimates, and condition assessments are estimates based on available data. Actual conditions, costs, and timelines may vary.
• On-site confirmation required: All findings in a RoofFax report must be confirmed on-site by a licensed contractor before any work begins.
• Contractor verification: Our contractor verification tool checks publicly available license databases and review platforms. Results are informational and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate property address and contact information.
• Use the Service only for properties you own or are authorized to inquire about.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.

5. Communications Consent

By providing your phone number and email and checking the consent box, you consent to receive communications from RoofFax and its authorized contractor partners regarding your roof report, scheduling, and related services. 6. Limitation of Liability

RoofFax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofFax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on report data.

7. Contractor Relationships

RoofFax connects homeowners with independent licensed contractors. RoofFax is not a roofing contractor and does not perform roofing work. Contractors connected through RoofFax are independent businesses, and RoofFax is not responsible for the quality, timing, or outcome of their work.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
